Discord → Notion TTT Automation

You can create a TAOS Task Tracking (TTT) assignment directly in Discord. It will reflect on the TTT list on our Notion.

Here is how to create one:

  1. In Discord, type /task . You’ll be prompted to either:
    1. Make a TTT task (/task)
    2. Assign someone to a task on AYON (/assign)
  2. Click on the /task option.

  1. It will automatically prompt you to type up a description:

  1. Next, you fill out all other prompts. Just click on the “+5 more” and the options will appear.

  1. Press enter and the TAOS Bot will create the task. If you want a specific person on the task, (as of right now,) you’ll need to go into Notion (click on the link TAOS Bot gives you) and manually assign the person to it. Best practice is to also tag the person in Discord to the task as well.

Discord → AYON Artist Assigning Automation

Similar to the Discord → Notion TTT, but instead you are using the /assign command.

  1. /assign in Discord
  2. You will get the prompts for user, group, type, name and task. Answer accordingly.
