U+U → Studio Settings \ Users

• Add New User

Enter the following information

1. Username: firstnamelastname
2. Password: ayonfirst2026! (The user will be changing their password later)
3. Full name: First name Last name
4. Email: Find the user’s email on the Notion’s Team List (LINK)
5. Assign them to their access role. If you are unsure, talk with other producers / Delcio on what access to give the user
   1. User - for general artists. They can only access the projects they are assigned to
      1. NOTE: If they are an artist, you need to make sure to give them access to the TAOS project! To do that:
         1. Project Settings > Project Access > Give the member access as an artist
   2. Manager - for supervisors. They have access to all projects created.
   3. Admin - for the “Storm Architects”. Able to develop the pipeline.

Give the user a license - click on their name in Users, and there is a dropdown where to you can give them the license.

Check the following that are in RED

Go to the TAOS project settings \ Teams and assign the user to the team (production, pipeline, etc)

1. If there isn’t a certain team to assign the artist to, you can create a new team and assign them.

1. Note: If the person is supervisor or a leader of a team, make sure you label them as such, that way, the team is highlighted green on their name.

   1. You first click on the team, then their name, then turn on LEADER.

   

Send over the following information to the user.

1. Link to join the project: https://taos.ayon.app/
2. Their username, email used and temporary password
3. Tell them to CHANGE their password and download the launcher once they’re in!

And you’re done!!
